ISLO计划
介绍
理查德J.戴利学院2022-2027项目评估计划实施了七步机构评估周期，以评估和改善学生的学习成果。该计划与机构学生学习成果（ISLOs）保持一致，并纳入利益相关者的反馈以进行持续改进。
七步机构评估周期
- 第一步：研究和设计——确定数据需求、评估工具和分析方法。
- Step 2: Pilot Assessment Instrument – Conduct pilot tests for reliability and validity.
- 第三步：管理评估工具-选择课程和管理评估。
- Step 4: Data Analysis – Analyze data to assess student learning outcomes.
- Step 5: Results and Recommendations – Share results with stakeholders and propose changes.
- 步骤6：修改-实施可行的建议并解决限制。
- 第七步：改进计划-制定策略，在未来的周期中提高学习成果。
Institutional Student Learning Outcomes (ISLOs)
